Feeling nauseous > smell those lil alcohol wipes
Appetite suppressant > coffee/energy drink
Bored > find something you really fw to keep yourself busy
Low electrolytes > drink one of those liquid IV packets

I did this u just eat 1k calories a day of mostly protein and fats and to supress your appetite do nic and caffeine
