Anyone find this extremely difficult? My weight jumps up and down all the time and tracking it is difficult since one day I can think that I gained weight but the next it goes down again. I’m sick of these fluctuations.
I stop eating at around 6pm each day now so i’m leanmaxxed in the morning.

I am getting my strength back though and i’m kinda close to where I was at 87kg on my dirty bulk at 76kg this time.

just take a weekly average instead of daily bloatlord

Don’t think it’ll work, it goes up and down usually consistently, sometimes extreme. Yesterday I was 77.5kg in the morning, today I am 76.
Usually it’s in the 76-76.5kg range though

You will still get a weekly average where you can determine if you need to increase or lower your cals to reach your targeted weight gain

Stop eating so much sodium then see if your weight fluctuates so much.

To stop eating after 18:00 in order to be thin in the morning is idiocy.
Your weight jumps because of the difference in carbohydrate intake. Take care of stabilizing the diet, then the weight will return to a state of homeostasis. Watch your weight from now on. It is more advisable to track weight every day during the weight loss period. During the weight gain period, it is more correct to monitor the dynamics for 1-2 weeks.
