how to protect eyes from office job/phone

i have a screen time of like 10 hours a day and look tired as fuck sometimes

how do i protect my eyes from this shit? should i get glasses that block blue light or smth for work?

Yes they reduce eye strain but look gay as shit so you should only wear them at your desk.
