So,I want to find out how to puberty max
what I want to know:
-how to gain bone mass
-how to ascend
-how to get a lean physique
-should I take peptides and at what age?
-what are high protein foods
-how to improve eye area
-how to grow taller

If anyone could tell me it would be nice

Depends on your age
But if you from the range of 13-16
Just do a regular life
Avoid plastic
Avoid any estrogenic/ultra processed food (can cause many hormonal problems)
Eat a high protein diet with a lot of red meat & calcium assumption
Exercise, doesn’t matter what sport but chose one that brings your body to the max like: swimming, gym, football ecc…
Get at least 2-3 hours of sunshine every day
& that’s it. (Ping as a solution :owo: plz )

just press the rebirth button after you reach 18 and you will get a 1.5x multiplier(yes it stacks)

sun
sleep
exercise
try to avoid toxic shit like dont be eating receipts and drinking water out of a plastic bottle that was left in the sun for hours
