how to pubertymaxx? no peptides or roids

alright first post very new to ts but how would i make the most of my puberty? stuff like height, facial features, is it ok to cut/ 14 btw

saw another post like this and they were flaming the dude for not wanting to take roids at 14

its genes, dont let niggas give u a false sense of hope with cope methods
 
Eat healthy (no junk food/candy), make sure you're reaching all of your micronutrients
Exercise (5x/week) or FBEOD like most people now (also try to get 10k steps each day)
8 hours of sleep minimum (ideally no more than 9-10) try to go to sleep and wake up at the same times every day
Just try to control ur stress (make sure you stay on top of all ur school assignments so you aren't up late trying to finish them quickly)

Idk most people know this alr can probably find a good thread in BOTB going deeper into each (and other stuff I didn't put here cause I don't have time rn)

Also wouldn't cut unless ur obese rn, just try to maintain a healthy BMI, also don't suggest bulking (especially dirty bulk) if u really have to just increase ur caloric intake with healthy foods.

Alot of meat and dairy carbs pre workout alot of eggs and fish sleep well and train:forcedsmile:

It's all genetics, if your lean now and don't look good it's over for you especially if you're not considering peptides and roids
