14years old, 5'11, 141lbs. need advice for diet plan, what kind of sport should i do to maximize my puberty and grow as tall as possible and get a good bonemass
 
its not complicated, 8+ hours of sleep, drink 3l, eat in a 300 caloric surplus, correct diet, gym/running and do like what ever sport you like
