Ive been doing it and seen progress but could just be leanmaxxing bc ive also been on a cut

chin tucks, posture's also an issue. my neck was more forward and my hyoid was low, i did a few postural exercises along with chin tucks. it'll prolly help

and before u say “angles” ive also physically felt my hyoid raised

short low effort guide:

chin tucks and neck pulls: i did both atleast 20 times a day. if u dont know how to do them js search it up they’re pretty popular

O method: this ones less popular. basically u form a small o with your lips/mouth. then u rapidly open ur mouth open. u kinda lower ur jaw and then form the o again. do this whenever
