how to put gifs and photos as signatures [with vid included]

this is mostly for people on pc idk how u would be able to do this on mobile but my guess would be a external website like imgur or any other good to decent 3rd party image hosting site

this is my personal way btw
i mainly use 2 sites(interest and tenor)
realistically u can prob do this method on any site to ur sig

don't mind the pics and examples I used lol
plus my PC was moving slow don't mind that too

TL;DR- just drag and drop ur gif/photos
