how to put on mass without body fat increase or bloated face

i’m around 157-160 5’10 and pretty lean. however, i want to put on a lot more muscle mass like david laid 😂or so. how do i still maintain my facial lean-ness and low body fat while trying to eat more for mass and muscle growth. scared to death of a calorie surplus rn

do maingaining eat around 100-200 calories surplus
high carb intake also and if u dont be bloated keep potassium high and sodium low

keep it strictly whole foods with plant based protein powder and really track sodium intake i should be good?

i just spam like bananas or electrolyte drinks and just try so eat low salt by that im kinda debloated
