How do I quit without using vapes, sucking on a pink device feels gay. I tried quitting by vaping (retarded I know). I don't know any effective methods. I've tried everything, but I have a really bad nicotine addiction since I've been smoking a pack for nearly 4 years

Look into nicotine patches first, and if that doesn't work then check if cytisine is available in your area. If not, then varenicline but you have to be more careful with that one, read about it and check with a doctor if needed.

I've tried nicotine patches and I still had serious withdrawal symptoms. I think it's more about the habit, but I'm unsure how to get rid of that habit since it's a part of my routine
