Im just curious how to quit nicotine i smoke cigarettes occasionally but im 14 so I have less access to it and I vape more but I dont have much stuff at the moment since ive been caught recently and lost my vape and tobbaco and rolling papers and filters and also if anyone has a way of smoking without using harmful papers like receipts I would appreciate it since I have access to filters and tobbaco
