There has to be a tremendous force that motivates you to quit, otherwise you will be pushed back. I think it's safe to say that most guys will never be able to quit porn in their lifetime. It's too powerful a drug.

But if you are raging inside, if there is an overwhelming energy driving you to quit porn for good, you have to listen to it and apply yourself, push your boundaries, and rage against defeat until you make it.
