Start them in a sport when a toddler so they end up good and want to continue. Most people quit sports because they suck. If they are good, they are gonna continue. Probably basketball because I have tall genetics.
Start them in reading. Reading increases IQ, speaking skills, and vocabulary, and with this brainrot generation, they will be at an advantage.
No phone. It rots the brain and is useless. They will be doing something productive.
No video games that are repetitive. They can play Elden Ring, but no sloppy Roblox game that is addicting.
Get them good at math. Math degrees: engineering, physics, are high salary. Starting to get good at math early would be ideal.
Healthy food. Supports development. No microplastics for maximum fertility.
Forced social interactions. If he wants entertainment, he's not getting something like a PC. He will have to play against me in sports or visit a high-quality friend's house. This will foster social interactions.
