dont wanna resort to injecting yet, i am 18. every single symptom of low t matches up. also free testesterone test came out at 60-69 yr old bottom range level

anyone can link a high iq thread, or just drop advice below? ty

I did. cutting out weed made the biggest difference, but I still have low t symptoms. I am still very low t... :trepidation:

you need to quit opioids too, those seriously blunt your T

Has been a while. Accutane is what fucked me up in the first place, I think. Could be permanent damage

What's your cholesterol intake look like? Consider eating more eggs. Low fat/low cholesterol diets, even if they're high in protein, will stunt your hormones.

I don't rlly eat anything cuz I am never hungry. I just make sure to get my protein in
 
Well you just solidified my mindset never getting accutane.
Some people are fine. 20mg a day for 2-3 months completely fucked me up tho. I am not overexaggerating, it was pure hell with suicidal thoughts and pain. The worst thing is, even tho I feel much better after stopping, I am scared I will never be the same again. I lost the drive in life, the motivation. I am still depressed. My body hurts, my vision is blurry. I just cracked my back and went blind for 3 seconds. I can't sleep at nights, and can't wake up in the mornings. I lost my appetite completely. My dick doesn't get hard. I barely cum. I have zero sexual drive. I feel like I am 70, but I turned 18 few weeks ago. it's really brutal

I would recommend eating more. But if you're worried about eating too much, maybe get a Fitbit or something so you have a good ballpark of your daily calorie burn. Eat somewhere around that and you should be good. But you should definitely try to get some fats and cholesterol in you.

12-15% bodyfat.
Sleep a lot.
Lift weights and sprint
Eat lots of saturated fat and minimize PUFA
Eat lots of good carb sources
Supplement zinc and vitamin d3
Ejaculate once a week.
Also supplement high dose L-carnitine. MPMD talks about this.
Creatine might help.
Ashwagandha might help too.

Get your vitamin D levels checked. Ideal 25(OH)D levels are between 90 and 150 ng/mL. Other than that, good diet to replenish all nutrients you're most likely lacking due to drugs and poor lifestyle. Special emphasis on nutrient dense foods like molasses, beans, oats, wheat bran, whole eggs, meat, nuts and seeds. Plenty of fruit, starchy and non-starchy vegetables. Gelatin too

Try fasting and get down ti 12-10% body fat that is the ideal body fat for test production. Do high intensity activity like lifting 4 times a week. Eat a high protein diet and take vitamins like zinc. Sleep at the same time everyday for 6 or more hours.

Oh yeah and last thing don't jerk off for a month.

After trying all of these things if you don't see an impact consult a doctor.

idk if it correlates, but I felt my best at 20-25%. I am around 13-15 rn and never felt so miserable

The only thing missing is weekly nofap streaks. Research shows if you abstain from ejaculaging for 7 days, your testosterone will increase. No word on anything past 7 days but people claim it doesn't do anything. So you can boost your testosterone levels in this way as well but it will only be temporary, hence why I said you should reset every week to keep enjoying the effect of raising your testosterone levels.

Eat meat. Eat WELL, don’t eat Doritos and processed bullshit and get ur vitamins (D, magnesium and zinc specifically). Sleep WELL. Lift weights. Be lean. Be in a caloric surplus.
Yes, basic as fuck advice but I can guarantee most users on this forum don’t do those things.

Get good, consistent sleep. Stay at a healthy body weight and work out. Eat healthy food. There's not too much else you can do.

yeah, true. but its most likely accutane. also weed, shrooms, lsd, nic, alc, etc. Unironically, adderall and opioids are the lightest ones that have the least effect. Opioids actually cure my depression and I usually work on my ecommerce business on them. Adderall is perfect for monotone tasks like HW. My insurance got cut off, so no more adderall for me tho
 
Vitamine D+K2 and gym (weight and bit cardio), but don t overtrain. I will also try the supp Tribulus terestris
