Your skin doesn't seem too ideal in the first pic, so I'd say look into retinoids (Retinol, tretinoin, etc.) for your skin health.

You should look into a rhinoplasty or something, your nose shape is very weird/unideal.

Your canthal tilt could be more positive. You could get a canthopexy when you're older.

Also to optimize puberty and growth you should just be heatlhy. Eat healthy, be active, get 8+ hours of sleep every night, etc.
