honest advice is just to play more and try to recognize where you lose so you dont make the same mistake again or atleast try to avoid it learn some openings but there isnt some crazy routine to get good personally ive just played alot

Watch a lot of chess games by masters. Agadmator and chessnetwork on youtube

and watch back games every time just try and think what you could have done different and where that could lead not just ur last moves but try looking like 10-15 moves back to see where u fucked up or the other ways the game coudlve played out
