I didn't download and I'm just going off of the thumbnail of that vid.

Dye the eyebrows a couple shades darker, dye the eyelashes jet-black.

Look into styling your hair to make it look wavier (maybe even look into getting a wavy perm)

Look into Otosticks if your ears are flared.

That's about it, really. Biggest flaw is the flat, straight hair.
