is it possible to start hanging out again in park, public squares, courts, tracks etc?
how would a rebuild of this process happen?
people usualy played chess, domino, cards, they talk, some drink, some train but it was a social event not something that people would go to just do one thing, usualy they welcome new people to join and try out stuff
even church used to be a third place, people went there to gossip, flirt with girls, believe in something together it was almost like a political view that made people together
is it possible to actualy made somethign like that again? looks like black people are the only ones doing it still but they too often stab and shoot each other and use drugs and heavy stuff, so it isn't safe there, but at least they always have something going to hang out and stuff
