I am extremely attractive, like no glaze but every time I walk into a room the whole room goes quiet, someone once said: is that a angel or am I dreaming.
Trust me you guys don't want this problem cuz it's so isolating and foids immediately freeze up when I try to talk to them. Like am so much more then just my looks.
Because of that have I the last couple of months began anti-looksmaxing and I want to share with you what I've learned so if you experience the same problem as me you can begin to feel normal again
The ugliness guide
So the best way for me has been to bloat. Bonestructure and bonemass has probably been what has gotten me the most attention, that's why I started to eat more processed foods like McDonalds, cooked first price meat, patorized milk and A TONE OF PROCESSED SUGAR. I would also recommend getting at least 500+ extra calories on the daily, like my calorie deficit is around 2500 so I upped it to about 3000 calories daily. I would also recommend eating a lot of soy to lower testosterone, especially eggs with soy that are cooked. Most really cheap eggs have soy in it so just get some from your local grocery store. Seedoils has also been a really good factor for me, make sure to cook everything you eat with seedoils to ruin your skin barriers and health.
Sleep is also a huge factor, I try to sleep at a maximum 5 hours a day, but make sure to avoid the sun when you wake up. The sun is your biggest enemy when it comes to fixing your sleep schedule and health, but with the seedoils already in your system I doubt this will be an issue.
Posture and breathing is also a huge thing, if you eat good have good posture and nose breath your bones will develop more, so I would recommend mouth breathing with bad posture while chewing as little as possible to maximize.
I would also recommend not showering and maybe take estrogen supplements, especially when youre still growing cuz height = attractivness and we already have enough of that. But I do like do sometimes go on and off trt so my body start to lower my natural testosterone production, when you see your balls start to shrink that's when you know you're doing it right.
If all goes to shit and youre still attractive then just shave your lashes brows and hair and youll hopully achieve your wanted level of attractivness
