I have a 10mg vial of Reta, and a 10ml vial of bac water. How much bac water do I put in, I’m starting at 1mg a day. What needle size aswell

Cause I’m only gonna do one cycle, there was no point in buying 50mg which is the lowest amount I can get from my supllier

There are so many tutorials but to make it short: reconstitute with 1ml bac and use a insulin syringe they usually are 30-29g needles
