Reconstitution
is more complicated than you may think. It includes math and precision to not ruin and/or underdose your peptide.
what do i need?
To reconstitute your peptide you need the following:
-Peptide In lyophilized (powdered) form
-Vial of bacteriostatic
water (bac water)
-Alcohol wipes
-2x insulin syringe
-Washed hands
(Don't use the same syringe twice, no matter what. Your 2 syringes serve distinct purposes; one to draw, one to inject.)
how do I reconstitute?
To recon you need steady hands, precision, and bright lighting.
wipe down the rubber stopper (top) of the BAC water vial thoroughly.
push your drawing syringe into the vial slowly, making sure not to touch any of the glass sides or bottom (possibility of metals from the needle flaking off into the Bac water). You may also need to flip the vial upside down if your needle isn't long enough.
Then draw out the required amount of BAC water.
Peptide dosage calculation
for this I'd recommend using a peptide calculator. I'll link one i use down below ⬇

Now, contrary to popular belief, you caninject the BAC water directly into the vial without concern for angles & damage. However, I'd recommend you restrict the flow of the syringe if there's a strong vacuum; too much pressure results in annoying bubbles that take long to simmer down.
At this point your BAC water will be on top of the lyophilized "cake", gently shake the vial until it's visibly clear & mixed; without any floating particles/bits. If after 5-10
minutes of shaking there's still visible particles within the vial, dispose of the vial. It's most likely impure. I say 5-10 minutes due to fact impurities can dissolve given enough time, you don't want to give them enough time.
I'd recommend alerting your vendor rep with all relevant details and sufficient evidence if you've experienced this outcome, so they can best resolve the issue.
Pinning your peptide
Remove packaging and cap from your syringe and inspect the needle. If it is damaged (E.g., bent, stained, loose, etc)
dispose of the needle accordingly & don't inject.
Insert your needle into the vial & draw out your desired dosage. ensure your amount is as close to your dosage requirement as possible. Afterwards, gently flick the syringe to bring all air bubbles to the top. Once you've done this, push out the air from the syringe.
Now you have your syringe filled with your peptide, wipe down the injection area with alcohol wipes & shave if excessively hairy.
how do I know where andhow deep to pin?
(Any peds)
Firstly, go onto ChatGPT or anything similar and ask "how deep is [ped] injected". Most will be Subcutaneous (subq). Here's a chart showing the different injection depths—
here should I pin [ped]?
1. Subcutaneous (45-90°) — into the fatty layer (hypodermis) under the skin.
Common sites: abdomen, Upper buttocks, Outer thigh (mid-way between knee and hip).
Used for insulin and most peptides (hgh, ghk-cu, reta)
2. Intramuscular (90°) — deep into the muscle layer.
Common sites: upper arm (deltoid), thigh, or buttock.
Used for most anabolic steroids (test, deca, ext).
How do I know if im in the right layer?
Here's probably the trickiest bit.
Subq- about ½ to a ¼ inch depth depending on body-fat%. Easiest to know when entered as layers above are thin. Should feel a slight resistance. If injecting Into abdomen, squeeze the lower belly fat and push whole needle in. If you're a lower bf%, make sure to use 4-6mm needles.
Intramuscular-
As you reach the muscle you should feel a slight "pop" as you pierce past the fatty tissue. When Injected it should feel like theres a pressure buildup.
Some extra points:
-Do not tense while injecting.
-Squeeze fat gently to not bring up muscle aswell.
-Push the plunger in slowly until it won't go any further, and remove the needle. Don't wiggle it, keep it straight the whole time. Discard all of your rubbish according to your situation.
This is NOT medical advice
Consult a doctor before using peds.
If you experience any of the typical infection symptoms
(Site specific: Swelling, Redness, Warmth & tenderness, Yellow/green pus) Make sure to keep a close eye on it. If it progresses to systemic
(Fever, Chills, Rigors)
seek professional medical assistance ASAP — sepsis kills.
You can also get & return sharps bins from your local pharmacy for free usually, if you're in a situation where disposing of syringes within your household is risky.
