Im honestly so fucking lost and feel completely helpless rn in terms of palatel width and nasal breathing. It's a struggle for me and i have to endure it day in and day out. It mostly affects my sleep. I had 4 premolar extractions, 2 of which being from my upper set of teeth. I've finished with my braces treatment and need some sort of palatel expansion. I'm wondering if I should see someone and get references for a cbct scan. I need someone who knows what to do or has had a similar experience.

what honestly to do is to get rocks qnd learn rock shaping and put in place of extracted things.. it will hurt but you must prevention your loss of teeth

Just go to another orthodontist if you're out of orthodontic care (as you mentioned ur braces are over) you will need them again after expansion, they will also do the scans for you, try to get retainers but since you already had the teeth extracted you need bone grafting / dental implants to stimulate the jaw and prevent recession
