What is the optimal body fat percentage for peak facial aesthetics (hollow cheeks without looking dead)?Are there any specific supplements or foods you recommend to maintain skin elasticity during a cut?Should I implement facial exercises or just rely entirely on overall fat loss?Let me know what you think. Any advice, modifications, or personal experiences are

orb's was 8%
sleep well, perhaps dont eat(wont recommend)
and hella caffeine ig, and workout like a mfer, perhaps icemaxxing, but mostly cope for ice, working out atp

skin elasticity doing a cut, you mean dont fuck up looks?
if you lose weight drastically its bad, but you could opt for collagen as is for skin elasticity, derma rolling ig esp for face, dont lose weight fast, step by step gradually, facial exercises arent cope either, majority of pluses you gain are from myofunctional exercises + extreme levels of bf, combine both and play both cards equally, only trhough trial and error you will see the results you are desperately yearning for...
