Bro wtf I have prominent cheekbones that people compliment me on and fucking Dr.Mike jaw but I still have buccal fat that prohibits me from having hollow cheeks

Only by reducing your BF%, first your body will start consuming the fat of some "useless" areas like belly, back, arms, legs and after you're almost full leanmaxxed, your body will start to consume the bodyfat of your face, that happen because fat in the face its a sign of an healthier and younger person(i mean normal fat levels, not obese), so your body tends to preserve that fat.

u might need buccal fat removal suregery or just do what i did and go on meth for one month wherei lost 30 + lbs from 140 to 110
i almost died tho from the hallucinations psychoissis and malnutrition so yeah id just get surgery or ur prolly just skinny fat thats why u still got the extra fat on ur cheeks so u gotta bulk up you cant leanmaxx if u have no muscle to work with eat more kid

Yeah bro, I’m on bulk currently and starting to atrophy Buccinator muscle and drink more water less salt. Let’s hope this does the trick.
