And is that entirely what your diet consists of? Bread, potatoes, and pasta? You can't eat too many carbs.
If you really want to lose fat very quickly I'd opt for a mix of the keto diet + intermittent fasting. It's probably the quickest way to lose fat. Maybe not 100% optimal for training in the gym but when I did it I didn't feel any weaker unlike what others report.Nah my diet is pretty good but I’m just trying to loose fat more efficiently.

If you want to lose Body fat you should eat 2g Protein per kg Body weight to keep muscle.
