Anyone who’s pretty knowledgeable about health, fitness and nutrition please help out. I don’t want to lose normal weight I want to lose body fat, that’s the difference.

Hmm, what does your diet consist of? More specifically, what are your sources of carbs?

Bread potatoes and pasta? Are those decent? Or should I just cut out carb completely.

Those aren't the worst things actually. You want to eat brown rice, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. Don't eat white bread if that's the kind of bread you're talking. Don't cut out carbs completely.

And is that entirely what your diet consists of? Bread, potatoes, and pasta? You can't eat too many carbs.

Nah my diet is pretty good but I’m just trying to loose fat more efficiently.

If you really want to lose fat very quickly I'd opt for a mix of the keto diet + intermittent fasting. It's probably the quickest way to lose fat. Maybe not 100% optimal for training in the gym but when I did it I didn't feel any weaker unlike what others report.

If you want to lose Body fat you should eat 2g Protein per kg Body weight to keep muscle. Also high Protein Food Are good for losing weight.

Try to avoid high calorie Food Like Fast Food

Look into fasted cardio with stims
Choose one or two from this list to stick to for a week then switch it up as your body gets used to it:

• Caffeine (100-200 mg): A strong base for energy and fat mobilization.

• Theobromine (100-200 mg): A milder stimulant, works well with caffeine.

• Synephrine (20-50 mg): Enhances fat burning without heavy stimulation.

Thermogenics (Heat-Producing)

• Capsaicin (10-50 mg): Increases calorie burn by inducing thermogenesis.

• Green Tea Extract (EGCG) (300-400 mg): Promotes fat oxidation and synergizes with caffeine.

Adrenergic Boosters (Fat Mobilization)

Choose one:

• Yohimbine (2.5-5 mg): Mobilizes stubborn fat, especially effective in fasted cardio.

• Higenamine (20-40 mg): Stimulates beta-adrenergic receptors for fat release.

Fat Oxidation Enhancers

• L-Carnitine (500-2000 mg): Assists in transporting mobilized fatty acids for energy.

• Forskolin (25-50 mg): Increases cAMP for enhanced fat metabolism.

Add-Ons for Sustained Energy or Mild Stimulation

• Guarana Extract (equivalent to 50-100 mg caffeine): Slow-releasing caffeine.

• Theophylline (low dose): Works well for fat oxidation and energy, but less commonly used.

Example Combination (Synergistic Fat-Burning Stack)

1. Caffeine: 200 mg (stimulant and fat mobilizer).

2. Green Tea Extract (EGCG): 400 mg (synergizes with caffeine for fat oxidation).

3. Capsaicin: 25 mg (thermogenic).

4. L-Carnitine: 1000 mg (enhances fatty acid transport).

5. Yohimbine: 2.5 mg (if taken before fasted cardio).

Things to Avoid

1. Too Many Stimulants: Combining high doses of caffeine, synephrine, and yohimbine may cause overstimulation, leading to jitteriness, anxiety, or heart palpitations.

2. High Yohimbine with Food: Yohimbine works best in a fasted state and may cause side effects if insulin is present.

3. Combining Banned Substances: Compounds like DMAA or ephedrine get frm researchchem

Guidelines for Combining

1. Start Small: Test each ingredient individually at a low dose to ensure you tolerate it.

2. Hydration and Electrolytes: Stimulants and thermogenics can dehydrate you, so stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes.

3. Cycle Usage: Avoid building tolerance by cycling these compounds (e.g., 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).

4. Pre-Workout Timing: Take the stack 30-45 minutes before your workout.
