how to reduce lipovela/aqualyx swelling?

For me, it was two things: drinking a lot of water, which will cause you to pee a lot, and icing the area where you inject

I just did Lipovela recently u can easily hide it from ur parents. Literally the worst of the bloat isn’t even that bad so I would just try to avoid them as much as possible for the first day. Drink a lot of water, do some cardio, it’s mostly just going to come down to time. By the second day the bloat is only noticeable to you.
