How to reduce lower chest muscle?

My lower chest is overdeveloped from doing too much flat bench (with an arched back) which essentially makes it a decline bench angle.

My Lower chest development makes my physique look more like a bodybuilder/gymcel physique and I’m not going for that.

It currently looks similar to this:

I’ve completely stopped training it and now do only inclines since I’m still trying to develop my upper chest.

Should I completely stop incline bench and just do ohp for upper chest?

That’s already what I do but I’m theorizing incline bench still trains lower chest a little which is why it’s not getting less

No such thing as lower chest. You have muscle origins there which will determine your chest shape and you have muscle mass in the whole chest. That’s it.
