I’m asking this question because I have strong masseters and they are a similar length away from my face as my zygomatic arch, I use to have a very square face because my zygos were not developed as much as they are now, but I still have a problem because I don’t have a zygomatic shadow even reaching sub 10% bf. How would I reduce the size of my masseters because my face is already pretty wide.

-I’m 15 so im still developing slightly,
-I wrestle for my school (harsh calorie restrictions during season, 3x practice a week rn)
-I’m on accutane 60mg 3months

not sure why anyone would want to do that because it helps make the illusion of a wider jaw which helps with dimorphism, instead you should really just focus on your zygomatic...

not sure why anyone would want to do that because it helps make the illusion of a wider jaw which helps with dimorphism, instead you should really just focus on your zygomatic bone and make it protrude more than your masseters to create a subzygomatic shadow (hollow cheeks illusion)
but if for some reason you still do, just atrophy and it don’t unnecessarily use your masseters as often, stop clenching and all that
