This is the only way to do it,

There is no other way, you do realize removing melanin is quite difficult right ? and especially on the eye. The chemicals that would make your skin lighter would also work on your eye's in theory but you will be blind. SO laser surgery is the only way. Not only that, when you do this procedure you dont even get to pick the color you want so it's almost like a surprise n it can end up looking uncanny. The eye procedures rarely ever look natural so contacts are your only choice. n the procedure is not cheap.
