If you reduce your facial width (bizygomatic), IPD will have to be reduced as well to keep a balanced ES ratio. As of now, your ES ratio is a little too high. Idk about your actual facial dimensions, but if your bizygomatic width goes out of the average range, you could get an orbital box osteotomy w. facial contouring surgery. These are the 2 main surgeries that can reduce facial width.
