How to reduce my nose size

shit sent before i finished typing, i was gonna ask is there anything that can reduce the size of the tip of the nose as the oil glands are always filled up, ive tried EVERTHING and nothing helps, i think its something to do with my sabacious filaments

his nose looks like a fucking lollipop at the tip, its not comparable to clav. op should get rhino to get pointy nose instead of the eggplant he got.

that is normal for most people's noses to look like that. you have to be careful with nose surgery because the surgeon will try to give you a nose that does not fit a particular person's face.
