I think that the changes are very marginal when you optimize the size, so I think you're good bro dw. But if you want to reduce the size anyways you can try to reduce inflammation because your bulb looks slightly red, which is indicative of it being inflamed and therefore slightly enlarged. Maybe try tretinoin or hydrocortisone. (I don't really fw hydrocortisone for various reasons but some people on org swear by it.)

Isotretinoin would be great but it would be quite overkill, no dermatologist is going to prescribe it to you since your skin is too good. If you wanna go down that route you'll have to acquire it through Indiamart or something.

I wish there was. I think the only thing you can do is use hydrocortisone with caution (there’s a thread about it), and something else that may help is a retinoid, topical or oral. But only if your nose has sebaceous filaments and is swollen because of that, then it might shrink it a little. Other than that, just surgery unfortunately. Struggling with the same..

Have you tried some of the methods by any chance?

Nah man, I considered it but I haven't done it yet, mainly because of the risks of using hydrocortisone, since it thins the skin and can cause problems. For now, I'm using tretinoin to reduce the size of my pores because my nose has quite a few sebaceous filaments.
