so this is my first guide in a language other than spanish so my english maybe is a bit shitty:peepoCry:

HOW TO REDUCE PAIN IN MY BONESMASHING SESSIONS?
first we have to understand something very important that will be the base of this whole guide I’m bringing you:

WHAT IS PAIN?
WHY WHEN I WARM UP FOR BONESMASHING DO I STOP FEELING IT OR DOES IT BECOME MORE BEARABLE?

let’s break this down piece by piece, first I’m gonna explain what pain is.
WHAT IS PAIN?:
pain is basically a signal that our nervous system sends to the brain to alert it that the body is in danger.

without pain we basically couldn’t survive because our body would have no idea when it’s in danger

WHY DOES THE PAIN DECREASE? DON’T CONFUSE LACK OF PAIN WITH BEING FINE!

the truth is that explaining it is a lot more complex but if I’m gonna simplify it a lot we’re gonna divide it into 3 parts:

WHEN THE BRAIN GIVES IT LESS IMPORTANCE:

this might sound a bit weird to you but it’s the truth, the brain gives less importance to the pain and it’s because of this:
your nervous system is like a system of cables that connect to the brain and tell it what’s happening ALL the time, there are 2 types of cables

SLOWER CABLES: These are associated with pain and the pain signals travel significantly slower to the brain than other sensations
FASTER CABLES: These are more about touch, pressure or friction as well as the impact, these 4 travel way faster than pain so the brain detects them faster
so when our body detects that those faster cables are sending more signals it simply blocks the path for the pain signals long before they reach the brain

THE NATURAL ANESTHESIA AND HOW THE BODY PRODUCES IT:

it’s hard to believe but yes, the body does have some natural anesthetics which are called endorphins and enkephalins
these 2 are chemical compounds that work like an anesthesia or analgesic that basically act in a way more or less similar to morphine by

blocking the pain and giving a temporary numb feeling to that area

THE BODY ADAPTS, THE EASIEST PART
this doesn’t even need explaining, your receptors get saturated and the brain starts not giving a fuck so it doesn’t get overwhelmed with stimuli
so,now that we understand what is pain and what can stop it lets get to the fun part

HOW TO WARMUP FOR BONESMASHING
1000069260
we’re gonna do this: 2 intensities, one stronger than the other

intensity 1: it would be a controlled force, basically so we start warming up it would be about 3 minutes hitting and contouring where we want to hit at controlled intensity.

intensity 2: 2 minutes hitting in a way that you feel it, that it hurts a little so the brain starts eliminating the pain

then u wait sum 3 minutes for it to go numb

i have a tip too you can take your hammer and heat the part that you use for smash, when it's a little warm, the brain doesnt notice the pain as much

bonesmashing routine: do whatever you have to do, by this point those areas will already be warmed up

this was my first guide in english,i hope u like it:Happs:
