How to reduce puffiness- rating

6'1 154 lbs 15M
I have an overbite and just got braces, on accutane for 3 months. My face's puffiness won't go away regardless how much fat I lose. I lost 15 pounds of fat but my face changed so little. It's always puffy even if im on no carb no sugar no salt diet for a week. I can't lose face fat/debloat whatever I do. PLEASE fucking help me I want to achieve that "sharp" look.

I just stated my face changes so little when I lose bf. Im at low bf, if I get lower than this I would look very skinny. Debloating doesn't effect much too.
