How to Reduce Scleral Show?

Scleral Show as it seems to me is the main obstacle towards lower set eyebrows and hunter eyes. How to reduce this?

It would be good. I did it until I became too lazy to do it.What I think is that Eyelid Pulling might work.

Now I pull the skin in that place so that it is level with the upper corner of the eye.
