1.frontalis atrophy
the frontalis muscle is the muscle that covers your whole forehead it contributes to your resting eyebrow position/how low set your eyebrows are. what were trying to do with frontalis atrophy is essentially break down the muscle so that the eyebrows and skin above lids rest lower (therefore covering UEE) to do this i found the best way is to get a pencil and rub it hard on your forehead and above your eyebrows do this for about 1 minute three times a day you will see results and as a bonus your eyebrows could rest lower from this.
2.adifyline
i dont see very many posts about adifyline on this site but it works contrary to volufiline adifyline is not cope it works by increasing local lipid storage in the applied area, now your not going to see any insane results from this stuff and it does take time about 2 months for any visible results to start showing up but i have used this myself and noticed slight increases in fat in my under eyes and above my eyes. Id recommend buying the powder from lotion crafters and diluting it with a hylauronic acid with a 1:50 ratio (this does have to be refrigerated do not forget to refrigerate it).
3.bonesmashing
no bonesmashing is not cope and yes you can bonesmash your supras anyone telling you, you cant is fearmongering, bonesmashing the supras will take more time to see results than other areas but permanent results will come aswell as temporary swelling to give the effect of less UEE. In my personal experience the best way to bs supras is with the front knuckles of your fist (knocking knuckles) or with a massage gun although massage gun can be risky due to the vibrations near the eyes.
results will vary from person to person but you will see results from these.
