How to regrow eyebrows?

My eyebrows used to look normal, like this

Then due to a self improvement video iwanted to shape my eyebrows more sharply and give them more structure, so I used a beard razor blade and trimmed the unwanted hairs above them. But I went a bit too far and ended up cutting off the top part of my eyebrows

Now they look like this

Okay so the shaping was fucking 3 years ago and it didnt regrow to normal shape????

Is there anything i could do besides minoxidil and derma rolling? I have finasteride at home but i guess thats only gunna prevent it from falling out and not giving me more.

What exact steps should I do? Im sick of them looking like shit

honestly I've had something similar but with nail pitting and dry skin on an area on my hand, 3 years still no improvement could our bodies stopped healing and growing and are stuck in the past

My doc would easily prescribe me oral minox but im not a fan of it, im very sensitive to meds and for example low dose of adhd meds give me headaches so i guess
i will keep using topical minox or latisse
