Want a joke? Most of our fears stem from childhood.

Remember: you're sitting in the evening, looking out the window—it's dark, something rustles in the bushes, or you're walking alone down the street at night—and you feel uneasy inside.

👁️ WHY IS THIS?

Causes that activate the amygdala—the part of the brain that first responds to danger.

It's especially active in the dark.

Evolutionarily, this makes sense: night = greater threat, you need to be alert.

But here's the kicker: If you're sitting in a room that's always dim (well, sort of dark), or you barely get any bright daylight, your amygdala remains in a constant state of readiness for some unpleasant event.

You don't seem to be afraid of anything, but anxiety arises on its own.

How to fix this:

➖➖ Sunbathing. In the first hours after waking, go outside for at least 15-20 minutes, or to the balcony (with open windows).
Bright light reduces amygdala hyperactivity.

Work in good light. Even artificial, unforgettable light (a lamp ≥1000 lux) helps the brain feel safe.

Soft/Warm evening light. Signal your body: the danger is less, it's time to calm down.

Breathing. When anxiety rises, exhale slowly, activating the parasympathetic system.

And as a bonus, I'll give you a basic list of supplements: Magnesium, L-Theanine, Glycine, Taurine, B vitamins (active forms), Rhodiola rosea.

PS: Don't throw away all the supplements at once; it's better to take two bottles (Magnesium and Rhodiola rosea) with you, and you'll be happy.

Magnesium (Glycinate): 1500 mg in the evening (split into 2 doses)

Rhodiola rosea: 200–400 mg in the morning.

That's it

And put the answer yourself
