Those are blackheads.
I’ve heard of people using bicarbonate of soda mixed with some water to create a paste, and then scrubbing it onto their nose with a toothbrush; I think the toothbrush helps work the solution into the pours. Over time this should clean out the residue and if should subside so long as you stay on top of it.
