how to remove buccal fat

my fat cheeks are holding me back so much

im 11% bf and i still have chubby cheeks. ive ruled out the fact that im boneless, and im already somewhat debloated, so that leaves deep buccal fat pads. is there any way to get rid of them non surgically and without fat dissolvers? im too young for both, any help is appreciated.

i would, but im extremely skinny, so less body fat would probably make the rest of my body look worse. ill probably put some weight on and try to cut later on
