How to remove closed comedones

I've been using basic skincares for 2 months now but nothing really make my closed comedones gone. I don't really have a bad acne so people say tret is too strong


I've read some threads and they recommended adapalene is it valid ?

Tretinoin, begin with 0.025 move up to 0.05 not sooner than 2 months. Wear sunscreen if you're using it and search on YouTube for proper application. Adapalene gel works the same as tret, just weaker. Imo tret is better cuz of the anti aging benefits
