A girl wouldn't even necessarily find that to be gross. Maybe she would think of you as a dirty hobo, but even that doesn't have to be a deal breaker.

Bed hygiene should be handled for other reasons. Looksmaxxing, actually. Now maybe you already have good skin, but a lot of people break out with acne or rashes if they don't continuously change their sheets. And just because you might be happy with the condition of your skin as it is, doesn't mean you can't change the habit and improve it to that higher level.
