just exfoliate and use a moisturiser pref somt like a beef tallow bro also DO NOT USE HEAD AND SHOULDERS the sulfates will cook ur hair and make ur hair looking frizzy although if u are going to shampoo use a natural shampoo somt like bulldog or ogx
