How to remove pimple as soon as possible

I have got a huge red pimple on cheek a week ago,probbably from eating too much sugars and want to remove it as soon as possible.I have normalized my eating,but pimple doesnt go away.I have some gels so called anti pimples,but I think that they generally only clean skin and have some antibacterical properties.
Does anyone have a proven good solution for clean skin without pimples and acnes?

Clindamycin 1.2% every morning no moisturizer
at night use 5% benzoyl peroxide cleanse ur face no moisture unless ur face is peeling nd then u need some meds for infection amoxicillin sounds good but there the weakest one so u need a different one

tret is shit if u have acne is only good for when ur acne is gone
