how to remove red stretch marks

i saw i had a couple red stretch marks lines when i was flexing my triceps, shoulders, and back. Surprising to know my muscles are still visible and above average for my age when i dont rlly do that much physical activity anymore.

it was just along my other regular stretch marks.
