Hi guys,i have big swellings on my cheeks. Idk how to fix it. Someone told don't eat sugar, someone told don't eat salt, someone told drink more water or potassium. So i wanna ask u what most important things to fix my face swellings , because I'm 188cm 70kg and it's not fat.
