How to remove the redness in my cheekbones? (VIDEO)

Hello forum,
As you can see in this video, my face is red, especially cheekbones. I think it is due to the sun (I'm using sun screen) so I would like to know
1. Are there any other factors that could be influencing the redness?
2. Do you have any tips to remove redness?
3. Do you recommend any sun screen in particular? How many protection?
*This data can be important: My skin is sensitive.
