Maybe something to do with nutrition.

Usually from loss of volume/fat under the eyes or bad under-eye bone support. It makes it look like the lower lid is bulging but really that's because it's not flush with the area beneath it. The problem is under the lids not the lids themselves. If you have excess fat deposits in your under-eye lid from aging or crap genetics then you may need blepharoplasty but for young men here it's not likely.

Fillers or fat grafting works in most cases.. if your bones are totally shit you'll need an implant.

The only solution is make up, I wish I was joking but I'm dead srs.

whatever happened to fillers?
Yeah they work too but this forum is for people who want to cope with problems, not people who want to fix them.

Op I have exactly the same issue. Sometime in the near future I’m getting fillers

isn’t aegyo sal a good trait? wtf

Yeh harsh lighting brings out the eyebags and teartroughs badly
I live in the west and I’m short so I don’t slay as much as people here would think when they see my face
I’m going India for a bit in 1 month and I haven’t been in 5 years, so I’ll be interested in what kind of reaction I’ll get from relatives and strangers out in public tbh @spaceboy

That's not aegyo sal. It's lack of under eye support. You can tell because it's indented. At rest the lower lid should have no indent. When moving or smiling aegyo sal creates a crease and plumping of the lower lid but it is not indented.

chico has aegyo sal even when he’s not smiling, i don’t think he has bad under eye support

it's high orbital fat, which is important for hunter eyes.
