I have red spots small pimples and dry skin and a damaged skin barrier and i dont know how to combine everything . At the moment my skin is very bad . I wanna get my glowy skin back . I dont wanna havd dry skin because then my make up looks crusty and dry no glow . But my skin is very sensitive against anti pimple products . So what to usd and how to combine everything ? I wanna get my old skin back i damaged my skin ( barrier ) like 3 weeks ago while working outsode and getting dust on my face and washinf it off . I dont wanna only use very soft skin barrier reparing producta because then my pimples would break out even more

if your skin barrier is damaged lay off of ALL products. especially actives. keep only cleanser and moisturizer, 2x a day. use sulfur to get rid of pimples.

Is there no other way?

if your skin barrier is damaged, more actives and acne products are the opposite way to go. they will irritate your skin and cause more inflammation and acne.

Isotretinoin to deal with active and inflamed acne. For dry skin cleanser, hydration cream or serum (I like Hyaluronic Acid) then moisturize to keep in the hydration. Do that in the morning and night.
