Guys what it a good way to do my own research on nutrients instead of relying on influencers (I.E FaceIQ, Goatis, Santa Cruz, etc.)?

ngl the chemist is pretty good for the basics fr. for deeper dives tho u gotta check pubmed like i do sometimes. not gonna lie it's a bit of a grind but worth it if u wanna truly understand shit.
